St. Francis Blessing of the Animals

On Sunday, October 4, at 4:00 pm, in observance of St. Francis Day, we will pay tribute to all the pets in our community. We will meet on our front lawn, near the gardens. All are welcome to bring their pets (on leashes), or images of your pets (if they are cantankerous), to be blessed and honored during this simple service. The children will have prepared dog treats that morning in Sunday School, and we will order pizzas for the humans.
