Palm Sunday Procession and Service

On Palm Sunday, we will start our service on the church steps, weather permitting. We will then bless the palms and sing. Those who wish to process around the block are invited to do so, along with the choir; others are welcome to come inside the sanctuary to wait for their return.

We are blessed to have actor and parishioner Peter Thomson joining us to bring Jesus’ passion from Matthew’s Gospel to life. Peter’s recitation and reenactment of Jesus’ final hours will take place in lieu of the sermon. Over the years Peter’s offering on Palm Sunday has been for many the highlight of Holy Week.
