Braver Angels in Kerkhoven, MN

Any and all who want to be a part of a pretty exciting adventure can do it if they wish. On Saturday, May 18 we will head to Kerkhoven, MN, and further our relationship with the people of the ACT Lutheran Church.  Some of their members already visited us at St. Matthew’s at a recent Braver Angels meeting and now we get to return the compliment. We expect they will offer the same sort of agenda we offered when they were here, lunch around noon and an afternoon of getting to know each other and talk about urban and rural issues. It is a real opportunity to stretch ourselves, get out of our normal bubble and participate in something new.

Please let Randy Atchison know you are planning to come at stmattsbraverangels@gmail.com. We expect to depart St. Matthew’s via carpool no later than 10:00 am on Saturday, May 18. It is a two-hour drive to the destination. Letting Randy know will facilitate organizing rides. See you there!
