All Saints’ Day

This Sunday is All Saints’ Day. Children are invited to dress up as their favorite saint for Sunday School, and join in the procession at the beginning of the service. Then, they will sing the song, “I Sing A Song of the Saints of God,” which they have been learning with Mia. (The photo is from 2023.)

John and the choir have also been working hard on a special offering this week, the fourth movement of Brahms’ A German Requiem, “How Lovely Is Thy Dwelling-Place.” To help get us in the appropriate mood, John will also play a Brahms piano piece for the prelude, the Intermezzo in A (Op. 118, No. 2). If you can, be in the sanctuary by 10:23 to listen.
