St. Matthew's Children & Youth Registration 
FOR ALL CHILDREN & YOUTH FAITH FORMATION AT ST. MATTHEWS EPISCOPAL CHURCH, in St. Paul, MN.
Use this registration form to register the whole family for Faith Formation from birth through 12th grade.

On Sunday mornings (9:15 - 10:15 am), CHILDREN's opportunities are:

  • Godly Play: age 2 (potty-trained) - grade 1
  • Echo the Story Workshop: grades 1 - 5

On Sunday nights (5:30 - 6:30 pm), YOUTH meet separately or together depending on the week:

  • Middle School: grades 6-8
  • High School: grades 9-12
