Please fill out this form if you are planning to attend the pizza party on Tuesday, July 4 at 5:00 pm, at Rosa and Warren's house, 795 W Arlington. This will help Rosa and Warren help with setup, including how much pizza dough to prepare. Please bring either a salad or dessert to share. They have some chairs, but if possible please bring your own to make sure they don’t run out.
